Silindelo Sebata is a multifaceted, award-winning media professional with a passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences. As a seasoned journalist, she has spent years honing her craft, covering a wide range of topics and issues for various publications and platforms.
With more than 15 years of experience in the field of journalism, her career began at campus radio, where she worked as a reporter and newsreader for Voice of Wits while studying for her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology. She holds an Honours and Master’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Wits University. Silindelo is passionate about the environment, education, human interest, and social justice issues.
She is known for her dedication to sound investigative research and a strong desire to uncover the truth of the matter. In addition to her journalism, Silindelo is also a skilled MC and communicator, bringing energy and charisma to live events, conferences, and workshops.
Her expertise in communication has led to projects with corporate clients, NGOs, and government institutions. With a talent for weaving compelling narratives and facilitating meaningful conversations, Silindelo is a sought-after voice in the media and communication landscape.
